Hotel Malaga Picasso

Had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely coffee machine and a beautiful pool area. Just wish the pillows were a bit comfier, but overall it was a fantastic spot close to the airport.

This small hotel was a private residence until turned into a hotel a few years ago. It is in a very upscale residential neighborhood with many beautiful villas all around. The walk to the beach takes about five minutes, but there is also a very nice pool at the hotel. The room was lovingly decorated and the bedding first-rate. The front desk staff (particularly the young man from Morocco) was efficient, highly intelligent and very, very nice. We were sorry that we only had one night in this excellent little boutique hotel.

As the hotel is only a couple of miles from the airport there is occasional noise from planes.

Positive, I loved the spacious room with a private patio. The pool area was clean and inviting. Breakfast had a great variety, including eggs and pastries. The super nice team, even arranging an early taxi to the airport.

It features brand-new and nicely furnished rooms with good bathrooms and a view of the garden, as for instance.

We liked everything about this hotel! Quality, Spanish feel, everything you could need in the room, friendly, helpful staff, quiet. We loved the area it is in, coming from Britain: old, Spanish houses around with tropical flowers. A lovely pool with grass and lounge chairs by the edge. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a short break after a flight.

There was no Skye TV so it was only in Spanish, which we did not speak, but after all we are in Spain! So we preferred to be in the pool or in Malaga anyway!

Consider bringing your own pool towels to avoid the €10 rental fee. There are also plenty of great restaurants in the area for your evening meal.

The hotel is very convenient for Malaga airport, not more than 5 minutes by car. We used it for an overnight stop. It is in a quiet residential street. The hotel is clean, rather old fashioned, but stylish and we were made very welcome.

A quaint and relaxing place and would come here again. It's spotlessly clean hotel with airy and attractive rooms and ATTENTIVE staff. Exceptional service and the food is appetising. By the way, parking costs gbp 11 per day.

The Picasso offers a very warm welcome from the staff, and I found my room to be clean and well-decorated. The outdoor areas are fantastic, with a lovely garden and inviting pool area perfect for relaxation. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, adding to its charm as a business traveler looking for comfort and convenience.

We booked the hotel purely for an overnight stay prior to flying out from Malaga airport early the next morning, but we wished we could have stayed longer. We were very impressed with the hotel facilities and the staff. The location was great, in a quiet residential area, and we were able to enjoy our final evening in a beach restaurant overlooking the sea.

The pool area and garden look fantastic. The temperature in the rooms is just right.

Rooms can feel a bit dark, especially if you're expecting a view, but stepping outside reveals the beautiful surroundings. The hotel isn't exactly in the heart of things. It's a distance from the city center, although the bus station is a mere three-minute walk away.

Lugnt laege villakvarter, strand inom gangavstand foer snabbt bad, naera flygplatsen (plan landar, men stoer inte pa natten). Buss t/f stan, linje 10. Tystare aen grannhotellet Tryp, som aer lyhoert. Traedgard/pool, mysigt samvarorum.

Går att promenera till flygplatsen ca 30 min 2,5 km, men knepig väg (ombyggnader, lite ruffare kvarter m.m.) Annars taxi (15E?) eller buss 10 dagtid. Ingen annan service än frukost numera. ( 3 restauranter i området + strandbar)
